Terms and Conditions/ Refund/ NO Refund Policy
The artist has partial authorization of the client’s tattoo interest . After purchasing one of the art works, you will be notified to come in for an in person consultation. No coverups unless they are palm size and unnoticed.
After purchase, the requirement is to send a photo of the requested tattoo area email - Shaunzink@aol.com with receipt/ticket number. I agree I will pay the remaining balance before the session begins on the day of the appointment. Accepted payments can be in the form of Cash, or credit card plus tax or any acts of barter system that was agreed on with the artist/employee/company.
I understand that I will be given an appointment date and an approximate hours needed to complete the session. i.e. “10-12+ hours”
The artist discretion will be used to meet the satisfaction of the work needed.
NO REFUND;
failure to show up after 30 minutes of appointment time, will result to a second deposit and agree on second appointment date.,
Failure to show up 15 minutes for the second appointment will result in a default of money.
Please allow the time needed to arrive to your appointment on time, this includes, traffic, high traffic, parking your car etc.
I agree the quoted tattoo price is not negotiable and the final payment is due before the beginning of the final session.
I agree that no shows means no refund of all money paid..
I agree that cancellation with or no call less than 48 hours , no refund.
REFUND:
if the artist is unable to accommodate you for any reason, you will receive a refund. no discussion or non negotiable.
If the customer is not in agreement with the sketch of the product in the midst of the first performance, the amount refund is determined by the employee(s) discretion..
If for any reason the artist has to cancel the appointment, the client will be refunded the money received for that appointment.
If discomfort develops between the artist and customer, the refund amount will be at the discretion of the Artist.
I agree that cancellation 7 days before appointment date, will receive refund for that appointment date.
